Registration

Registration fees (all in Canadian dollars CAD)

• Early registration fee by 2010 June 15: 500 $CAD (deadline for payment by September 15)
• Late Registration fee by 2010 November 15: 750 $CAD
• Early registration fee for accompanying guest by 2010 June 15: 250 $CAD (deadline for payment bye September 15)
• Late registration fee for accompanying guest by 2010 November 15: 375 $CAD

The registration fee covers: taxes, welcoming reception (drinks included), coffee breaks, conference dinner (wine included), conference bag, conference poster, conference tshirt, conference cap, program & abstract book and the Proceedings to be published in 2011 June.

The following pages must be completed:

• Meeting registration (by 2010 June 15)
• Title and abstract of the contribution (by 2010 July 15 & November 1st [modif.s])
• Registration fees (by 2010 September 15 [early] or November 15 [late])
• Hotel booking (by 2010 November 1st)

The registration fee can be paid by Credit card: to be completed

For on-line registration, please use one of the following scenarios:

• Scenario 1: You want to register as a new participant, fill up the form for scenario 1 and hit submit.
• Scenario 2: You have registered already and now you want to indicate your registration options (tutorial, banquet preferences, etc...), view your registration cost or proceed with payment. Fill up the scenario 2 section.
• Scenario 3: You have registered already and now you want to proceed with payment or view your invoice. Fill up the scenario 3 section.

Scenario 2: If you have registered and have NOT paid your registration fees, have NOT given your flight arrival information or want the edit your profile, please enter your email address and hit 'Edit'

Scenario 3: In order to pay your registration fees or view your invoice, please enter your email address and hit 'Go to Payment/Invoice'
